My practice focuses on mindful and body based techniques that support self discovery, integration and self-realization.
I utilize Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, and Transformational Breath® to create individualized sessions tailored to your unique needs. Hakomi therapy allows us to uncover and transform unconscious patterns, fostering deep self-awareness. Somatic Experiencing helps release trauma stored in the body, promoting physical and emotional well-being. Through Breathwork, one may enhance the ability to connect with the inner self, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of calm and presence. Together, these practices empower you to achieve profound healing and lasting growth.
