Thank you for visiting my website and for your interest in my services. Simply arriving here is a meaningful step toward healing and growth, no matter what you choose next. I recognize that the place you find yourself in may feel painful or uncertain, yet it also carries the possibility for transformation. Beginning work with a new practitioner is often a powerful first step toward creating the life you want.

I have been practicing as a Certified Counselor since 2021. My role is to support you in both self-discovery and in integrating past experiences, including trauma. Self-discovery may appear as sudden moments of clarity, a shift in how you relate to emotions such as sadness, or the unfolding of something entirely new. Integration is the process of bringing together different parts of your system, leading to a greater sense of wholeness. My work is grounded in mindfulness and somatic awareness, both of which are also central to my own daily life.

Every photo on this site is my own, reflecting pauses during experiences that nourish me—being on the water, in the mountains, or exploring the desert. Time with nature, travel, and connection with loved ones are essential parts of my life. Personally, mindfulness and body-based practices have guided me through challenges and opened space for freedom and joy in the present. I look forward to sharing this exploration, growth, and healing with you.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-centered therapeutic approach designed to reorganize ones relationship with trauma. SE focuses on the body's natural ability to restore balance and resilience. By gently guiding clients to become aware of their present moment experience, SE helps release the stored energy from traumatic experiences, promoting emotional and physical healing. Transformational Breath® is a powerful and transformative practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual integration. By focusing on breathing patterns, breathwork helps release stress, increase self-awareness, and facilitate emotional healing. It can enhance energy levels, improve mental clarity, and foster a deep sense of inner peace. Sessions are always different, and vary from gentle and meditative to more intense and cathartic.
