My Approach
One of the most common words I hear from people I work with is “stuck.”
Stuck in cycles of anxiety, anger, or sadness.

In our work together, we gently begin to explore the deeper experiences that are shaping these patterns—not just through thinking or talking, but through your present-moment, lived experience.
I draw from Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, and Transformational Breath® to support this process:
